Renders a metric count card. ## Options - `title` - The metric title (required) - `count` - The numeric value to display (required) - `color` - Optional color for bottom accent bar. Values: draft, pending, signed, rejected, expired, success, error, warning, brand. If nil, no accent bar is shown. Use the `inner_block` slot to add custom content like links or buttons. For a link button, use `ConnieUI.Buttons.button` with `color="link-gray"`.
