Controls

:string

A named input elsewhere on the page to mirror the stored value into.

:string

Overrides the field's own errors, for a caller with no changeset behind the field.

Read, not chosen: the chosen option's label (or the stored value, when it is not among `options`) in a read-only field, at full contrast and reachable by the keyboard. A select has no read-only state of its own.

Docs

One value picked from a fixed list, held in a single field, drawn for a contract body. The tags that read a value off the account's own settings — a payment method, a fee type — offer what the account has configured and nothing else, so a document cannot name one the worklist would not accept. The list is the caller's: the host resolves it and passes it in. It is drawn the way `identity_number/1` and `money_value/1` are, and for the same reason: the control lives inside a paragraph in a contract body, a `<div>` there makes the HTML parser close the paragraph, and the markup is copied into place from a `<template>` when the element connects. `input_name` mirrors the chosen value into the contract editor's hidden input for the tag. A required tag is unanswered until a value is chosen; the browser refuses the submit through the empty, disabled first option.
