The country list of `identity_number/1`, rendered once for every control on the page that names it as its `picker`. It sits in a `<template>`, so nothing in it is live until a control copies it in under its own ids. It is a live component, and that is the point of it: the page around a contract body redraws on every keystroke, and so would any function component in it, while a live component with nothing new to show sends nothing. Render it before the controls, so it is on the page when they connect.
