The Views button: the default, everything, the account's views, and a way to
write one.
The rows are the ones a combo box has (`ConnieUI.Dropdowns.selectable_item/1`),
because picking a view is the same act as picking a template folder: a row per
thing, a check on the one in use, and a pencil into it. What is different is
the frame. There is nothing to search through, so this is a plain menu, with
everything above the views and the way to write one below them.
