A switch with its label.
`:rest` reaches the switch itself, so `phx-value-*` and a `phx-click` land on
the element that was clicked rather than on a wrapper around it. The label is
left to `ConnieUI.Buttons.toggle/1`, so it carries the same size and weight as
every other switch in the app.
