The dot on the corner of a `message_bubble/1` that says something in it has not been read: an unread message in the timeline, an unread thread in the Comments tab. Out of flow, so it never changes the bubble's height, and hidden from screen readers: a dot is a colour, so the surface says "unread" in words of its own.
