A cell's content on a background that fades as `since` recedes: bright for
the first ten minutes, gone after forty. For a row that has just changed (a
contract just signed), so it stands out while it is news.
The server paints the first shade, and `cui-fresh` moves it down a step as
the minutes pass, without a round trip.
